Asset
Recovery Foundation Systems understands the concerns of homeowners
and is prepared to address those concerns on a case sensitive basis.
We treat each job, big or small, as if it is our most important
job. During the compaction grouting and underpinning processes,
we minimize our work space, and we meticulously clean all areas
at the end of the day.
COMMERCIAL
Commercial
facilities Asset Recovery Foundation Systems has stabilized include
Shapes in Tampa, Goodyear Tire Center in New Port Richey.
During
the compaction grouting and underpinning processes, it’s business
as usual—our commercial clients are able to continue operating
with only minor site disturbance. Customers may only be inconvenienced
by a cone or two redirecting them safely your building’s entrance.
INDUSTRIAL
When
the St. Lucie Power Plant was in need of a Temporary
Assembly Building, Asset Recovery Foundation Systems, Inc. was called
in to
anchor the building to withstand an uplift of 110 kips. The building
was much taller than width and length, making it susceptible to
wind and uplift. The
Asset Recovery team installed 14 helical anchors, each to a depth
of approximately 30 feet at a minimum torque of 12,000 ft-lbs. A
30,000 ft-lb gear motor, mounted on a crane, was used. The crane
mounted drill rig, as seen in the photo, was loaned to us by ATLAS
Systems, who also sent a representative to oversee the project.
This
project took 3 days to complete, including the load test. We worked
with Townsend Constructors and Crystal Engineering and Construction
on this project.
ROADWAYS
When
a local contractor needed the roadway stabilized, Asset Recovery
Foundation Systems was called to the site. Our team drilled several
casings into the roadway as designated by the geotechnical engineer
and pump a low aggregate cement mix into the casings to fill in
any voids and stabilize the soils.
The
team’s expertise enabled them to work at night so that traffic
control efforts at the site could be kept to an absolute minimum.
