Ramsey is a founder and partner of Florida Shoreline & Foundation Experts, LLC. Before Florida Shoreline Ramsey owned and managed Asset Recovery Foundation Systems helping customers throughout Florida with their foundation issues. Ramsey also founded and currently owns Ramate Construction, Inc., a Certified General Construction company providing services throughout Florida developing and remodeling commercial and residential properties. Ramsey attended the University of South Florida where he received his Bachelor's degree in Finance, and later earned his MBA.

When not working (which is rare) Ramsey enjoys spending time with his fiancée, scuba diving, and traveling. Ramsey is the Treasurer of the Art Center of Sarasota and the Crowley Museum and Nature Center, and a board member at the City of Sarasota Historic Preservation Society.

Scott Liebel is a founder and partner of Florida Shoreline & Foundation Experts, LLC. He has lived in Sarasota for over 30 years, graduated from St Martha's School and Sarasota High School. After graduating from Rollins College in Winter Park he returned to Sarasota to begin his career.

Scott has 15 years experience as an owner and manager in residential, commercial and municipal shoreline and marine construction projects ranging from simple residential repairs to million dollar marinas. Scott's knowledge and attention to detail, combined with his vast experiences ensures every project will run smoothly, on time, and on budget.

When Scott is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. In their free time the Liebels enjoy fishing, sailing, camping, hunting, various team sports and enjoying the outdoors. Scott is involved in and is a board member of Sarasota Youth Sailing, a member of the Sarasota Sailing Squadron, and active in the Cub Scouts.
