OUR
PHILOSOPHY
Asset Recovery Foundation Systems focuses on quality,
professionalism and efficiency.
As a design-build firm, Asset Recovery is able to see each project
from the preliminary design stage through the installation process.
We are able to implement outstanding customer satisfaction using
a three step process of planning, communication and follow through.
Every
project begins with thorough planning. In this phase,
our team carefully examines the unique attributes of your structure
and works with the design professionals to customize a plan for
stabilizing your structure. Addressing the concerns of homeowners
and building owners is our utmost priority. Before the site work
commences, our team confers with the property owner, the engineer
of record and the insurance adjustor to ensure a comprehensive
solution. We prepare a timeline of construction called a Gantt
Chart that outlines every step of the project– from start
to finish.
Effective
communication is a hallmark of our success at Asset Recovery Foundation
Systems. Clear understanding of the project’s goals
and requirements are communicated with all of the stakeholders.
All parties are kept well informed throughout the project. To
facilitate confidential and efficient communication, each of our
clients are issued a secure access folder on our web site. Access
to all project documents is available on the web site, and each
morning the prior day’s work summary is posted.
Our
carefully planned and well communicated project goals are consistently
met with excellent follow through. Every project is executed
from start to finish with professionalism and efficiency, and
each stage of the project is met with quality control to make
sure we remain on time, on target and on budget.
